Shipping Costs
We offer free nationwide shipping, except in special circumstances where additional fees may apply. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.
Shipping Time
We are committed to delivering your order within seven (7) days from the date of successful purchase.
Delivery Terms
Orders are typically delivered within three (3) to four (4) days for customers located in cities and urban areas. For customers in remote or rural areas, delivery may take approximately four (4) to seven (7) days. Please note that shipping times may be extended during holidays or in cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Product Inspection & Replacements
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt and before use to ensure accuracy and proper condition.
Kinang at Kalinga will provide a FREE replacement of the same item if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, subject to verification and compliance with the requirements below.
Change-of-mind requests, personal preferences, or personal expectations are strictly NOT covered under this policy.
REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a fair and smooth process, all replacement claims must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Unboxing Video Required
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is required.
The video must:
1. Start before the parcel is opened
2. Clearly show the shipping label
3. Capture the item’s condition immediately upon opening
Inspection-Only Use
The product must be in original packaging and at least 80% full.
Extended use, repeated testing, or prolonged wear is considered acceptance of the product and voids replacement eligibility.
Report Within 7 Days
Claims must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery and immediately upon discovery of the issue.
No Replacements for Used or Tampered Products
Products that are heavily used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for replacement.
Damage Must Be Evident Upon Unboxing
Damage or defects must be clearly visible during the unboxing video.
Issues caused by mishandling after receipt are not covered.
Kinang at Kalinga reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the stated requirements.
Any attempt to submit false, misleading, edited, or reused evidence may result in the claim being rejected and the customer being flagged for fraudulent activity in our nationwide seller database, which may affect future transactions with participating sellers.

SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT POLICY
